What is DocsReply?

DocsReply is a chatbot for your documentation. Paste a docs URL or upload files, then embed a chat widget that answers with citations. Free includes 50 messages/mo; Pro is $19/mo.

How is this different from Chatbase?

We sell a thin docs-only wedge: crawl or upload, cited answers, one embed script, $0 / $19. We do not ship voice agents, helpdesk suites, or multi-channel CX.

Will the bot invent answers?

When retrieval confidence is low, DocsReply refuses and says it does not know, then links the nearest doc. Always check citations before acting.

How do I embed the widget?

After you create a bot, copy the one-line script from the dashboard and paste it before </body> on your site. Allow script-src and connect-src for the DocsReply origin.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Do you offer refunds?
